Vallon Institute Launches PROJECT LIVE

Project LIVE is a program that exists to create healthy campuses through student-led social programs. It will gather nutritional and fitness related data for each campus it works with to provide an accurate snapshot of the level of health of each campus. Data from each school will be compared and ranked. The project will establish a baseline nutrition and fitness program for college students, and its goal is to educate college students on proper fitness and nutrition techniques they can use that will remove the threat of obesity before it begins. College students are at a critical point in their life where they make decisions and form habits that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. Project LIVE’s intent is to form the proper “healthy” habits now.

The Vallon Institute has launched the GO Urban Adventure Race in support of Project LIVE. All proceeds from the races will fund the Vallon Institute’s Project LIVE. GO Urban will be visiting 14 major cities throughout the U.S. and will hold a Championship race next July in Washington D.C. Click here to learn more.
